Parties at the Banking Hall
The Banking Hall is a unique and elegant party venue with historic charm in Pershore, Worcestershire. Our renovation and design teams worked together to maintain the Grade II listed building’s character while adding modern conveniences. The venue is wheelchair accessible, air-conditioned and soundproof. Plenty of free, on-site parking spaces are available to guests at The Banking Hall. We can welcome up to 120 guests for parties and 80 guests for seated meals. Hosts are encouraged to choose a furniture arrangement that suits their vision for their celebration.
Explore our scenic outdoor spaces at the rear of The Banking Hall. Our courtyard creates another space to mingle, equipped with its own bar and facilities. Beyond the courtyard, our riverside garden meets the River Avon, offering stunning views. As a unique touch, we even offer private moorings access for guests arriving by boat, ensuring a grand entrance.
The Bank Manager’s Office is an additional space with a capacity of up to 12 seated guests. This room has been used in countless different ways by previous party hosts, including a children’s room, a VIP space, a space for board games, and even a storage room for special surprises. Alternatively, you can host your whole event from The Bank Manager’s Office, celebrating with a seated meal and drinks.
We offer a range of catering options, from buffets to formal seated meals with full table service. Our Head Chef will work with you to create the perfect menu for the occasion. We cater to various tastes and dietary preferences to suit all your guests’ needs. Our talented culinary team uses the very best local ingredients, including produce from our own farm.
We are committed to excellence and can connect you with trusted professionals to provide additional services. These include florists, bakers, decorators, photographers, etc. Our Banquet Hall offers plenty of space for entertainers, DJs and performers. We can create space for a dancefloor too. Your event will be organised by our in-house Events Manager, who will assist you every step of the way to plan a fantastic party. We can offer early access to the venue to provide time to set up and add a personal touch.
Events at The Banking Hall benefit from exclusive access to a fully stocked and staffed bar. We can even stock up on your favourite tipple to serve during your celebration. Our skilled bartenders are dedicated to crafting delicious drinks with outstanding service.
As part of The Angel Inn Hotel, guests of The Banking Hall can access on-site accommodation. The hotel features twenty rooms, including two grand suites for honoured guests. For a more secluded atmosphere, we can offer self-catering cottages equipped with private gardens and wood-burning hot tubs.

The Banking Hall features modern amenities to use when you hire the venue for a party. Free WiFi is available to all guests. Our impressive 85” television screen connects to laptops and our sound system. We can also provide a lapel microphone. These features are ideal for speeches and presentations, or to display videos and photos throughout your celebration. Our customisable LED lighting adds another opportunity to personalise the venue with your preferred colour scheme.
